Two Landmark buildings on the National Register, and widely recognized as one of the 20th Century’s most iconic residential projects, our team was retained to restore the buildings to their original image and repair the effects of a half-century of normal wear and tear.

The restoration returned the buildings to their original elegance, extended the public areas' useful life, and improved maintenance and operational expense going forward.

We directed the forensic investigation on the deterioration of plaza paving, waterproofing and drainage, ground floor façade and lobby finishes, and tower curtainwall. This investigation resulted in the recommendation of complete replacement of plaza and ground floor elements, and spot repair and recoating the tower steel curtainwall.
