Zeller Pavilion

The pavilion at the Chicago River and Michigan Avenue intersection aspired to be a place loved by visitors and passers-by. A destination that not only takes center stage along the river but serves as an inspiring hub of community and reflection as you enjoy the busy stopping points along the historic mile.

Centered on the ideals of transparency and harmony with the site, our competition-winning design engaged the river and created complete flexibility, allowing for a wide range of tenant types. The site later became the location for the Apple Store on Michigan Avenue.
