On Friday, May 5th, the Spertus Institute hosted the School of the Art Institute Fashion Design annual runway show to celebrate students completing their undergraduate and graduate degrees. This year-end thesis exhibition featured senior collections and a one-day exhibition of selected sophomore, junior and post-baccalaureate works. The lobby and landing were transformed into exhibition spaces where students displayed their designs and the 9th floor was transformed into a runway where their work was center stage showcasing their forward-thinking fashion portfolios. Spertus was a creative backdrop for these emerging artists.
