On April 20, Tishman Speyer and K+S presented plans of the proposed office tower at 130 N. Franklin to the neighborhood community. It was met with support from the alderman, Brendan Reilly, as well as the majority of attendees. The current design stands at 53 stories tall with approximately 1,250,000 square feet of leasable space. There will be an expansive landscaped entry plaza, state of the art interior amenity areas and a spacious 5th level open air terrace atop the parking annex. Efficient floorplates will allow for maximum space planning flexibility while the all glass tower will provide extensive views of the city.
