A native Chicagoan, Sarah enjoys walking around the city and getting to know it better. Sarah believes in designing for both people and place by thinking about how a building becomes a part of both a cultural narrative and an ecological one.
She received her Bachelor of Arts from Brown, where she also became interested in printmaking and drawing which lead her to complete her Master of Architecture I from Yale. Sarah has also developed an interest in textiles, and the art of making, from quilting, dyeing, weaving, and sewing.
