Sang-hyo's goal is to create architecture and music that awakens an emotional connection. By turning ideas into reality, he wants to build experiences that form great memories.
He received his Master of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Architecture degree from Myongji University in Seoul, South Korea. While at IIT, he was awarded the CSI (Construction Specification Insitute) Chicago Scholarship Award and exhibited at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) of South Korea as a primary selection architect for the Young Architects Program.
Outside of architecture, Sang-hyo is passionate about mixing music and observing how people interact with architecture.
