Krueck Sexton Partners Just 20 Label

The JUST Label process was in-part initiated by Krueck Sexton Partners as a way to focus our Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JDEI) working group’s efforts. We wanted a way to document and measure ways of improving employee engagement and assure that everyone had a voice in the company. Through the process of earning the label, KSP leadership has had the opportunity to consider all aspects of the business and move towards a much more transparent means of communicating our business practices.

Certain metrics, such as KSP’s Ethnic and Gender diversity and Pay Equity, were well known and action plans were already underway to improve these elements. However, other metrics, such as those associated with Well-Being and Family Medical Leave had not been fully benchmarked against industry standards and doing so motivated KSP to immediately make adjustments to our policies and messaging. In other words, even just going through the JUST Label process had a tangible, measurable improvement on how we do business. More importantly, JUST gives us a roadmap to continue to improve in all categories and will continue to shape how we recruit new staff, allocate KSP resources, and provide benefits to employees in the future. We are especially interested in the transparency and accountability of the label, which will enable a more open dialogue around issues that affect employee satisfaction and firm recruitment.

Our firm was built on the belief that we're stronger together, with a studio that bolsters collaboration and is an open source of ideas. The JUST Label reflects not only where we’ve been, but where we’re going - toward greater transparency, equity, and impact.
