International Square

Krueck + Sexton Architects has won a competition to re-imagine and renovate the public spaces of International Square, a 1.1M square foot office building in Washington DC. The three building office complex occupies nearly a full city block in the heart of the Central Business District and is an active hub of pedestrian and commuter traffic. Areas of focus for the renovation will be transforming the building’s lobbies and atrium, enhancing the lower level amenity space, and improving the integration between the street level and lower level.
