Associate Principal Promotions



Krueck Sexton Partners (KSP) is pleased to announce the recent promotions of two team members, Taylor Franz and Mariusz Klemens, to our design leadership team. These talented individuals continue to play a vital role in the firm's commitment to design excellence, project management and firm leadership. Their devotion to excellence is key to continuing our legacy and vision towards our evolution from a Founders firm into a Partnership practice.

Taylor Franz
Associate
Principal

A designer and project manager at Krueck Sexton Partners, Taylor has an aptitude for understanding and celebrating a client’s values while incorporating thoughtful details that distinguish good design. She is an ambitious problem-solver and loves how architecture can improve the quality of life, no matter the scale. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in architecture, Taylor worked in Washington, D.C. for six years where she completed projects for nationally recognized corporations and developers on the east and west coasts. Since joining Krueck Sexton Partners in 2020, she has worked on the modernization of the Silvio J. Mollo Federal Building in New York City for the General Service Administration, as well as re-envisioned amenity spaces in Washington, D.C. for Tishman Speyer.

Taylor also leads the Empowerment Initiative in the office, which focuses on employee growth and development.

Mariusz 1

Mariusz Klemens, AIA, NCARB
Associate Principal

Mariusz is an architect, urban designer, teacher, and entrepreneur. He values knowledge from the cross-disciplinary teams he works with — from clients to consultants, contractors to teammates. He believes excellent results are achieved through idea sharing and open communication. His experience is diverse, from residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments to master planning, urban design, and geospatial analysis. Before joining Krueck Sexton Partners, Mariusz received his Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology and his Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design. In 2019, Mariusz joined Krueck Sexton Partners and had worked on International Square, a new food market, and amenity space in an existing building in Washington D.C.

Mariusz also leads the Futures Initiative in the office, which focuses on predicting threats and finding opportunities within the architectural profession to imagine a long-term future for our office and deliberately expand our definition of architecture.
