Associate Principal Promotions

Krueck Sexton Partners (KSP) are pleased to announce the recent promotions of three team members of our design leadership team. These talented individuals continue to play a vital role in the firm's commitment to design excellence, project management and firm leadership. Their devotion to excellence is key to continuing our legacy and vision towards our evolution from a Founders firm into a Partnership practice.

Please join us in congratulating their achievements and promotions to Associate Principal.

Ryan Ornberg
Associate
Principal

Ryan is a great partner with clients and fellow designers alike, bringing a holistic approach to his designs and responding to urban and ecological issues while enriching human-centric experiences. His projects benefit from his technical knowledge and love of getting into the details. Since joining KSP in 2013, Ryan has worked on several U.S. Department of State projects and, recently, on the renovation of 30 West Oak luxury residences in Chicago’s Gold Coast historic neighborhood.

Ryan is a big-picture thinker who is adept at visualizing a project, from site planning and building massing to facade performance and design. Passion for sustainable design is at the forefront of his approach to any design concept. Ryan joined KSP after graduating from University of Michigan with a Master of Architecture. He also received a Bachelor of Environmental Design with an emphasis in architecture from the University of Colorado.

“KSP’s legacy has always been centered on hard work and attention to detail to ensure buildings and its users succeed at the highest level. I welcome any new challenges as we continue to grow and build upon our firm’s foundations.”

Jason Roberts, AIA
Associate Principal

Jason excels on a broad range of project types and scales from commercial and institutional to residential and ideas-based competitions. Since joining KSP in 2016, Jason has worked on several U.S. Embassy projects and, recently, on the re-envisioned amenity spaces at 125 High Street in Boston’s Financial District.

Jason graduated from the Yale School of Architecture with a Master of Architecture and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Judson University. Jason's studies allowed him to travel extensively to India, Iceland, Rome, and England. Through these experiences, he developed a wide view of landscape, urbanism, art, and architecture. Making and drawing are integral to his process, where a concept becomes artifact, and an idea becomes buildable. He draws from these resources to engage the specificity of a site and program to create innovative, layered, and imaginative spaces in collaboration with clients and project teams.

“Ambition drives the studio, while pragmatism grounds it. With this balanced focus, our team can help our clients realize innovative projects that inspire and make a lasting impact. I look forward to continuing the studio’s pursuit of forward-thinking solutions.”

Luke Haas
Associate Principal

Experienced in the design-build processes and teaming with experts in other fields, Luke's collaboration skills are visible daily — in the office and on the jobsite. Since joining KSP in 2016, Luke has worked on the highly anticipated 10+30 S. Wacker Drive, CME Center in Chicago’s West Loop, which was recently awarded the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate, (Chicago Chapter) Office Redevelopment of the Year 2020.

Exposed to the real estate and design industry at a young age, Luke studied architecture to answer challenging problems through innovation and invention. He believes design is improved with input from multi-disciplinary teams. Since receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State University and a Master of Architecture from the Parsons School of Design, Luke has gained experience with Commercial, Higher Education, and Residential projects.

“KSP’s practice is built upon the passion and talents of each of member of the studio. I am fortunate to be among a group of designers that brings an abundance of enthusiasm and care to each project. KSP’s continued growth strengthens our ability to realize our clients’ vision.”
